Vantel Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Vantel products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window You have [30] days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., items that contact skin directly)
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items marked "final sale"
How to Start a Return Email us at vantelsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as our fulfillment location may differ from our business address.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund — no return shipping needed on our end.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within [12] hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment. After that, orders may already be processing with our supplier and cannot be guaranteed to cancel — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Exchanges We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
