Vantel Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Times Because some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times may vary by product:

Multiple Items If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages/timeframes. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order was lost.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office.
